M4A4 | Asiimov is a Covert M4A4 skin featuring the Asiimov finish. Its float value ranges from 0.18 to 1, so it can be found in Field-Tested to Battle-Scarred condition. Lower floats look cleaner and generally command higher prices.

This skin drops from 1 case in the CS2 economy. A StatTrak™ version exists that counts confirmed kills and typically sells at a premium over the standard finish. Souvenir editions can also appear, dropped during supported tournaments and often carrying player/team stickers.

M4A4 Asiimov released in 2015 as part of the Winter Offensive Collection, obtainable from the Winter Offensive Weapon Case. It carries Covert rarity with both StatTrak and souvenir versions.

It followed the AWP Asiimov's success by roughly a year, cementing Asiimov as a design family rather than a single skin and giving rifle players the same look already popular on the sniper.

The panel-and-visor styling reads clearly at both short and long range in-game, and the M4A4 body gives the design a slightly different silhouette than the AWP or AK versions while keeping the same color language.

As with other Asiimov skins, wear tier has a visible effect on how much white bodywork shows; pick a wear level based on the look you want rather than assuming higher float always looks worse. StatTrak copies are common and carry the usual premium.
