By accessing or using SkinJudge ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will indicate the effective date of the latest version at the top of this page.

SkinJudge is a review platform for gaming services. You may browse listings, reviews, Safety Scores, and deals, subject to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

You agree not to: (a) use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape or harvest data from the Platform without our written permission; (b) harass, threaten, or abuse other users or service owners; (c) attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or manipulate the Platform or its Safety Scores; (d) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

Violation of these rules may result in restricted or blocked access, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

SkinJudge is an independent review platform. We do not endorse, operate, or guarantee any gaming service listed on the Platform. Safety Scores are aggregated from community data and are provided for informational purposes only.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided by the Platform, including Safety Scores, reviews, or scam reports.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkinJudge and its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of €10 EUR or the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may modify or discontinue the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe that continued access poses a risk to other users or the Platform.

Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will cease. Sections covering Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law shall survive any termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Poland.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
